Where are we?
<p>Tia Weight opened Radiance in 2014 and she still carries out treatments herself. We were Radiance Beauty & Tanning back then. Same team, same address, new name.</p>

<p>For anything beyond a manicure, you'll start with a consultation. We'll ask what's bothering you, look at your skin properly and talk through your options, including the cheaper ones. If laser is on the cards, you'll have a patch test before your first session.</p>

The treatments people drive over for
<p>HIFU uses focused ultrasound to lift and tighten the skin around the jawline, jowls and brow. There are no needles and no downtime, and Tia does every treatment herself. HIFU
<p>Microneedling and RF microneedling work on acne scarring, texture and fine lines by getting your skin to repair itself. They work best as a course rather than a one-off, and we'll be clear about that at your consultation. <p>Facials, laser hair removal, nails, brows, lashes, waxing and massage. Laser is done by Tia or Demi, both Level 4 qualified, with a patch test first.</p>
