Radiance Medispa Colchester is a medispa and beauty salon at 53 William Harris Way, Colchester, Essex CO2 8WJ. Established in 2014, we bring medical-grade skin treatments — HIFU, microneedling, IPL, injectables and laser hair removal — together with a full beauty salon offering waxing, brows, lashes and nails, in one place, with free parking outside the door.

Meet Tia Weight,
Our Founder
Tia Weight opened Radiance in 2014 and still treats clients [X] days a week. She trained in [X] and holds [qualification], and personally carries out the advanced skin work — HIFU, microneedling, IPL and injectables — as well as laser hair removal
She built Radiance to be the place people come to after something else hasn't worked: honest advice about what will help, what won't, and what isn't worth the money.

Kamila
Level 4 Therapist · 20 years
Kamila has spent twenty years in the beauty industry and is Level 4 qualified. She looks after the holistic side of Radiance - massage and facials - and is usually who clients ask for when they want an hour that properly switches them off. Originally from Poland, and always happy to talk supplements, lifestyle and animals.
Demi
Level 4 · Microneedling, RF & Laser
Demi holds multiple beauty therapy qualifications, the highest a Level 4 certification in microneedling, radiofrequency and laser treatment. She covers the advanced skin and laser side alongside nails, where the more challenging the design the better. A laser client herself, so she knows exactly what the treatment feels like from the chair.
Sophie
Level 4 Therapist · 7 years
Sophie is a Level 4 therapist with six years in beauty. Facials are her thing — she will talk skin for as long as you let her, and gets most of her satisfaction out of the before-and-after. Microneedling is the treatment she books for herself. Ask her about her dogs and her holidays.
Jules
Level 3 Therapist · 3 years
Jules is a Level 3 therapist with three years in the industry, and handles waxing across the salon — facial and body. She is the one to see if you are nervous about a first wax; putting people at ease is the part of the job she likes most. Talks travel, and spaniels, at length.
