Highwoods is on the other side of town from us, so we won't pretend there aren't salons closer to you. For skin treatments and laser, though, it's worth the trip from Highwoods, Mile End and Myland.
Skincare Clinic of the Year for Essex
We've won it two years running, and in 2026 we won Phorest's Client Experience Award, which is based on what clients said after their appointments.
Where are we?
53 William Harris Way, Colchester, CO2 8WJ, on the south side of town. It's 4.7 miles from Highwoods, about 12 minutes' drive.
Owner-led since 2014
Tia Weight opened the clinic in 2014 and still treats clients herself. You might know us by our old name, Radiance Beauty & Tanning.
Start with what's bothering you
You don't need to know what a treatment is called to book one. Most people come to us with a problem, and we work out the treatment from there.

Common concerns we treat
You can read [PLACEHOLDER: current number]+ five-star reviews from people we've treated on our Google profile.
Breakouts or acne scarring
We often start with a facial and the right products at home, then look at IPL acne treatment or microneedling if your skin needs more.
Dark patches and uneven skin tone
IPL pigmentation treatment and advanced facials are the usual starting points.
Fine lines, or skin that's lost some bounce
This is where HIFU, microneedling, skin boosters and polynucleotides come in. Tia carries out all the HIFU and injectable treatments herself.
Hair you're fed up of shaving
Laser hair removal, done by Tia or Demi, who both hold Level 4 laser qualifications. Patch test first, always.
Working shifts?
If you work shifts at Colchester Hospital, we're open until 8pm Tuesday to Thursday and from 8am on Saturdays, so there's usually a slot that fits around your rota.
How to find us from Highwoods
