53 William Harris Way, Colchester, CO2 8WJ, on the south side of town. It's 3.7 miles from Lexden, around 10 minutes in the car.
Owner-led since 2014
Tia Weight opened Radiance in 2014 and she still treats clients herself. You might remember us as Radiance Beauty & Tanning. Same team, same address, same phone number. Just a new name.

What we do
Everything from a gel manicure to HIFU. These are the treatments we're best known for.
Facials and advanced skin treatments
Every facial starts with a proper look at your skin, not a set menu. That might mean a HydraFacial for a deep clean and a glow before an event, or a course of microneedling or RF microneedling for acne scarring, fine lines or pigmentation. Tia is a Dermalogica Expert, and if you're not sure what you need, that's what the consultation is for.
HIFU and injectables
HIFU is a non-surgical way to lift and tighten skin around the jawline, jowls and brow. No needles and no downtime, so most people head straight back to their day. Tia carries out every HIFU treatment herself.
She does all of our injectables too, from lip filler to skin boosters and polynucleotides. Every one starts with a face-to-face consultation, and if the answer is "you don't need anything", she'll tell you that.
Laser hair removal
Laser hair removal is done by Tia and Demi, who both hold Level 4 qualifications in laser treatment. You'll have a patch test first, so we know how your skin and hair respond before we start a course. Courses can be paid with Klarna.
Brows, lashes, nails and waxing
The everyday treatments get the same care as the advanced ones. Brows are where our awards started, as Eyebrow Specialists of the Year back in 2022. We also do lashes, gel nails, extensions, manicures and pedicures, waxing and massage, and there's a men's menu too.
After work and Saturday mornings
We're open until 8pm Tuesday to Thursday and from 8am on Saturdays, so you don't need to take time off work to fit an appointment in.
