Owner-led since 2014
Tia Weight opened Radiance in 2014 and she still carries out treatments herself. We were Radiance Beauty & Tanning back then. Same team, same address, new name.
What happens at your first appointment
For anything beyond a manicure, you'll start with a consultation. We'll ask what's bothering you, look at your skin properly and talk through your options, including the cheaper ones. If laser is on the cards, you'll have a patch test before your first session.
You'll leave with a plan and an honest idea of what to expect. Nobody will push you into a course on the spot.

HIFU
HIFU uses focused ultrasound to lift and tighten the skin around the jawline, jowls and brow. There are no needles and no downtime, and Tia does every treatment herself. If your jawline isn't as sharp as it used to be, this is usually the conversation to start with.
Microneedling and advanced skin
Microneedling and RF microneedling work on acne scarring, texture and fine lines by getting your skin to repair itself. They work best as a course rather than a one-off, and we'll be clear about that at your consultation. Demi and Sophie both carry out microneedling.
Injectables
Tia carries out all of our injectables herself, including lip filler, skin boosters and polynucleotides. She'll talk you through what's realistic for your face before anything is booked.
Everything else
Facials, laser hair removal, nails, brows, lashes, waxing and massage. Laser is done by Tia or Demi, both Level 4 qualified, with a patch test first.

Who will actually carry out my treatment? What are they qualified in? Will I have a patch test? Can I see the price before I book? If a clinic can't answer those straight away, keep looking. We're happy to answer all of them on the phone.
